The building was constructed and operates as an “Administrative building with a dormitory” and its main and operational function includes renting out accommodation to businesses. It comprises 7 floors and a basement, with a total floor area of 5,535.60 sq. m. and a height of 21.25 m. The project includes complete renovation of the building and installation of a modern HVAC system in order to improve living conditions. A system for managing overnight stays and bed allocation is to be introduced. By the end of the project the facility will have a total of 150 individual beds and 21 two-room apartments.
The first two floors are intended for offices and administrative premises, floors 3 to 5 are for short-term rental of hotel-type rooms (private, with a separate lobby and bathroom), and the sixth and seventh floors – for two-room apartments for long-term rental.
Additional services in the “Administrative building with dormitory” will include self-service laundromats, dry-cleaning and laundry service and a bank office. A video surveillance and control system will be installed in the building in line with modern technologies and requirements. Free access to the Internet and digital TV will be provided for each room and apartment.
