This is another one of our emblematic buildings, a cultural monument, designed in 1912 by the prominent Bulgarian architect Kiril (Kiro) Marichkov. It is considered architectural and constructional immovable cultural heritage property categorised as “Of local significance”. It was originally designed as a single-family residential building.
The property includes 993 sq. m. plot with 293 sq. m. built-up area and consists of a basement, two spacious and high residential floors and an attic floor.
Our investment intentions are for the reconstruction and restoration of the building in accordance with modern functionality requirements for a presentable residence in the city centre. The approved investment project includes expanding the basement within the entire plot boundaries as well as a glazed car platform towards the eastern end of the property.
An essential element of the project is preserving the authentic look of the two emblematic facade walls, west and south, and restoring the original geometry of the mansard roof as designed by architect Kiril (Kiro) Marichkov.
